Today I stopped by Hotbox ATL to pick up supplies for my hookah, specifically shisha. My daughter and I ran in quickly since we live across the street. When we walked into the store, there was no one at the front. After a moment, a young man came from the back. I asked him if the product we were looking at was shisha. Instead of answering, he ignored my question and pointed to my daughter and asked her what she was going to say. I clarified that we were looking for shisha, and he responded that the item we were looking at was not shisha but chips used for a bong. I then asked if the store carried shisha. His response was simply, “I don’t think we have what you’re looking for here.” At no point did he ask what we needed, try to help us find anything, or make any effort to assist us. The interaction felt very dismissive and unwelcoming. Because of that experience, we decided to leave the store. Shortly after we walked out, another customer came in and he assisted her without hesitation. Customer service matters, and unfortunately this experience did not reflect that. Because of the dismissive interaction, I will not be returning.

poor customer service. The employee at the front was deep in their phone and didn’t seem like they felt like assisting me at all. Not many edible options available either.

Toure has great customer service. He helped answer all my questions. He even up saled me to get more products. Because of him I would shop again. Only to get the great interaction and customer service I received. He needs a raise and promotion!

Nice clean spot great prices also have hookahs snacks, staff is very nice! Definitely best smoke shop around
