Went 4 days ago & purchased the fruit Loops/Gasberry Muffin Jelly PreRolls 4.2 grams for $23.46. Today I went to the local Mobile on 646 Indian Trail & saw the same exact product for $10.99. I bought two for less than the price you all charged me. I don’t know if you all are buying products for a lesser price & selling for more, your employees are raising prices & pocketing the profit, or you all are just obviously taking advantage of “certain” customers. Scanning the bar codes of the three products proved they were made manufactured within minutes of each other. Me & about six of my close buddies have spent hundreds independently with you all for the past couple of years. Now after seeing what I saw at my local gas station versus a so-called legitimate Smoke Shop was a shocker. You’ve lost respect from those of us who’ve used our hard earned cash to literally help small businesses like yours hear in the Lilburn/Norcross community. Smoke shops are a dime a dozen in Gwinnett County. Keeping your customers satisfied with competitive prices & or products while making a HONEST profit should be second nature. Yet, this business is operating out of greed based on evidence given. You all should be ashamed & investigated on the grounds of just this situation alone.

I visited this shop a few weeks ago with my friend who was in town visiting and wow! I’m so sorry I forgot the gentleman’s who helped me but the customer service was A-1. There was a huge selection of pretty much anything you need related to smoking and vaping. The person helping ( possibly the owner?) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was so nice and went above and beyond for me and my friend. We both left very happy with our purchases. I will probably not go o any other shop going forward.

How did it go from me trying to buy a vape! to I got a boyfriend!! And then she got mad when I called her out. Because I asked about a menthol flavor and a fruity flavor she's talking about you're not going to waste my time.

Been coming here for years. The best smoke shop around the area for sure. The staff are friendly and helpful and they have a lot of good products. Delta products they sell is fire. They even have this new V Touch vape that has a lot of cool features.

Atzumi has great customer service. She welcomes you in and always has such a great attitude towards her customers. I recommend going to her on the days she works.
