This is, hands down, my absolute favorite vape shop to visit in Macon! Dottie and Caroline are always so beyond helpful, super knowledgeable about all the products, and are just as sweet as they can be. You’ll never feel rushed, like you’re burdening them with questions- none of that! It’s really like they’re my best friends who always look out for me, and you really just could not ask for a better group to run this location. I’ve had plenty bad days while walking in, and always feel so uplifted upon leaving back out. 1,000/10!!! 🤍🤍🤍

One of my favorite vape shops that I’ve ever been to honestly. It feels very clean inside and the staff is very kind and helpful.

Horrible customer service, horrible assistance. Purchased a defaulted item and called to inform them and see about getting assistance with item because it was brand new. Didn't work! I smoke hookah and am familiar with a lot of products, this particular product I had already but mine was made different and years old. I purchased the one pictured from them bc it was the same , so I thought but had a different look. The person on the phone claim to be a manager but admitted to not know anything about hookahs or the item I purchased, would say one thing then bring up her boss. So I asked to speak to the owner and was told I couldn't. So now left with none working item, money taken, and they've lost a loyal customer. It's sad when you give other stores a try and they are disrespectful and forget customer service etiquette. And FYI if you don't know about items in a store you supposedly run maybe you shouldn't be running it!
