This shop is usually okay however I won’t allow myself to be played. I was sold a defective glass tip and noticed with 5 mins of unwrapping it. I immediately return to the store all of a minute from where I live to exchange it. Instead of exchanging the item, I was expected to purchase another. The tip wasn’t used, nor dropped and looked as brand new as bought aside from the tips center that collapse cleanly around as if defective due to thin glass. There’s no policy supporting no exchange of defective items. The manager Joe was a hot head and instead of reaching out to the owner and providing decent customer service, he was combative and absolute. Brian was no better at providing the customer service needed instead made up stories and lies. This is no way to run a business. Ask questions and beware before purchasing from this store. A loyal customer lost.

Joe was amazing. He has wonderful customer service. Greeted me at the door. He was very knowledgeable on the products. He always has a smile that can be seen through his mask. I've been in a few times and he has made an effort to remember the customers that do come in.

Purchased a pen from Jason and have tried to return it twice and was turned down. They have a zero return policy even if it is right out of the box. He was very nice while purchasing and rude if you have an issue. Do Not Buy From Here! Plenty of smoke shops around the corner and much cheaper with a return policy.
