They have the best stock in the area. I go there primarily for papers and leafs, and they’re always fresh 💯

Please don’t shop here, I stopped by at 9:25pm with a sign reading “Back in 10 mins” and saw a lady inside the store sit on the couch and looked at me while smoking her vape with the door locked and refused to open the door and proceeded to continue looking at her phone. This is terrible business and although they are always limited with supplies, I still tried to give them a chance. This was a clear sign for me to never shop here again. Please don’t waste your money nor time at a terrible smoke shop establishment like this!

terrible customer service I just moved in the area. I have been looking for a convenient smoke shop. I noticed this one next to a Laundromat. First thing I noticed was they open at 11 and it was 1120 and no one was there, so I decided to go to another location. Fast-forward to today, where I finally find the shop open and there’s only one employee in there giving a whole educational class on the products that they sell, While I’m patiently waiting for my time to request a item to purchase. I ended up leaving and just going to cloud nine down the street. Where I was served with great customer service and was addressed in a timely manner. I’m not going back.

What an absolute joke of a company. The first time I went there, nobody was even there. The employee walked in a minute later from the food stop next door. I thought things would improve as the owner promised, but they've only got worse. I later found out what they're paying these kids, and now I understand why they don't work too hard. So much of the product has been on the shelf for months because they don't let employees (who actually use these products) do the shopping or have input. How are you going to pick good products when you don't even use them yourself? The owner just repeats whatever hype slogan the sales reps at the distributor feed him, frankly it's a joke. I've consulted with this type of business before, I know the profit margins and I know what they can afford to pay. They might be fooling those young employees, but not me. People would break down if they saw how much they upcharge on their inventory, especially those nicotine vapes. That might be acceptable if some of that money was going to the employees and staying in the community, but it's clearly not. It's not just this location, look at the reviews on their other location - they've got customers showing up during business hours and they're not open. Wasting people's time and gas money. No care for anyone but themselves. Ripping off employees, ripping off customers. What a disgrace to the neighborhood. Plenty of options for this business type now, so save yourself the hassle go elsewhere. If you made it this far congratulations and have a wonderful day 👍
