This store was ok at the beginning. Very helpful workers etc. I always go in for blk coco, because they keep them in stock. We went in one day and spoke to the guy about vape pens that he was displaying on sale. Very knowledgeable, nice guy. Im not familiar with vapes so I was listening to what he had to say. We purchased one for about $40. Well we get home and tried to figure out how to work the thing, it never came on. I even googled how to use it 🤦‍♀️. I went back in today to inquire about the purchase and she immediately said we dont do refunds. .. which is ok, I wasn't asking for one, just wanted to know why this one wouldn't work. She called the owner and was told she cant do anything. I should have came back that day but they still would not have been able to do anything because i walked out with it and was supposed to test it out in store( Which i did not know nor was i told by the associate, who was , I still will say, a very nice and helpful employee).So im out of $40 , have a defective pen which is still FULL as she stated herself, and now have to find another store to get my blks. Lesson from this, I won't shop there anymore, but it may be life's humor of telling me to quit smoking!!

Polite and friendly staff. Newer store, but great selection of items.

Clean, good customer service and have a wide selection of vape and kratom. I like their big humidor with a lot of good cigars.
