I gotta give Wilker his props walked in and this man was already in there vibing to the music like he owned the place 😭 whole store was lit but soon as he noticed me he turned the music down a little and came right over to help me. Super friendly, funny, and honestly knew his stuff. He explained everything without making me feel dumb and actually listened to what I was looking for. And I’m not even gonna lie he was cute too 😂 Customer service was 10/10. You can tell he actually enjoys being there and helping people instead of just standing around waiting for a paycheck.

I had a great experience at the vape shop, and a big part of that was thanks to Chamellion. He was incredibly helpful from the start — super friendly, easy to talk to, and really knows his stuff when it comes to vapes. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and explained everything clearly without making it overwhelming. Whether it was devices, flavors, or just general advice, he made sure I felt confident in my choices. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers, not just making a sale. It’s not always easy to find someone that patient and knowledgeable, but Chamellion definitely stands out. If you stop by, I highly recommend asking for him — he’ll take care of you.

Best vape shop ever! Have have always loved the staff and the stock is great. Love how you can try hookahs, flavors of vapes, and how there is always some kind of discount. The staff is very knowledgeable and can usually tell you anything you need to know. If they don't have something in stock, they are willing to get it in for you. They also have cute things like clothing, incense, tapestries, posters, ash trays, grinders, and SO much more! 🚬🌬💨🌿☯️

The guy ”Chamellion” was very helpful when helping me pick out hookah flavors! Even gave me a free item from his brand @vulnerasanentur.offcl 🔥 Also, very good customer service!

Seriously, stop scrolling and listen up: Mcdonough Tobacco & Vapor isn't just a smoke shop, it's a destination. If you’re tired of boring retail experiences, prepare to have your mind blown. The environment here is straight-up creative as hell. Every corner feels like a custom art installation, making it feel less like shopping and more like hanging out in the coolest living room you’ve ever seen. I’m sorry the soundtrack is absolutely unbeatable. They clearly have an amazing curator on staff because the music is always on point— always playing the hottest new tracks! When it comes to the essentials, they are the one-stop hub. Whether you need the latest vapor tech, premium glassware, or anything in between, they have everything you need for all of your smoke needs, period. Plus, the fact that they sell cold drinks is the perfect amenity to round out the experience. Go for the supplies, but stay for the incomparable vibe. Five stars—this place is truly Dope.
