This is by far my favorite smoke shop! The staff is always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They take the time to answer questions and make sure you find exactly what you need without making you feel rushed. They have a great selection of products at fair prices, and I’ve never had a single issue with any of the vapes I’ve purchased here—they’re always high quality and reliable. It’s hard to find a shop that’s this consistent with both their products and customer service. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy smoke shop with amazing people and great products. They’ve definitely earned a loyal customer!

I am beyond frustrated. This is the SECOND vape I’ve bought from King of Smoke that has stopped working within 2–3 days. The first one quit working, and now my Shisha X4 is already having the same issue after only a couple of days. On top of that, I was told I have to call tomorrow and hope to catch the manager during the ONE hour she’s there. Seriously? Customers shouldn’t have to jump through hoops just to get help with a product that failed almost immediately. Vapes are way too expensive for this kind of quality. I’ve spent too much money here to keep getting defective products. Even my Fiver vape has problems—it only started pulling after I switched the charging block, and even now it still cuts in and out. I expect products to last longer than a few days, especially at these prices. I really hope they stand behind what they sell because this has been a huge disappointment. Until the quality and customer service improve, I can’t recommend buying your vapes here.
