Lmao im seeing all these negative reviews made by multiple accounts abt the employees, all being posted within an hour of each other👀👀 yall not slick🤣. No vape store in the world will let you replace/return a faulty product after you’ve left the store with your purchase. Natasha with her professionalism, personality, politeness and overall knowledge of the products are practically the only reasons i shop at this store. 10/10 service

Great products, alot of choices, Great prices and a customer rewards program that is awesome! Ask for Natasha she is the best! She's very knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. I always leave with a great deal and a smile on my face. Hands down the best smoke shop around!

I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service at Top Smoke. The staff came off as uninterested and honestly a bit rude. I asked a simple question and got a short, dismissive answer like I was bothering them. There was no effort to help or even be polite. On top of that, the wait time was longer than expected, and no one acknowledged it or checked in. Good customer service goes a long way, and this place definitely missed the mark. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting decent service.

Called and spoke to a “Rocky” who said he didn’t work there and was just covering a shift, refused to tell me the price of an item they sold that I wanted to come buy and then hung up on me! Absolutely terrible! If you’re going to leave someone in charge of the store they shouldn’t be hanging up on customers and not giving out prices!! I will take my business elsewhere where they treat me with basic human decency.

Best one stop smoke shop. They have a variety of products in each category and the service is amazing. Highly recommend!!! Will always be back here for anything and everything I need!!!!
