With new employees the place is only getting better! Cameron is the nicest person I have met in your store! I am now a loyal customer and i will return!

I bought a nicotine vape here around noon on July 10th. I am a regular customer at Xhale City stores and frequently purchase vapes. I am not fluent in English and accidentally chose the wrong flavor. Instead of guiding me, the staff acted rudely and mocked me. After I paid and walked away in anger, they kept calling out to me in a mocking tone, knowing I couldn't respond in English. I hope Xhale City management will get rid of this type of employee; I am referring to the two female staff members.

Kimbo was SUPER helpful ! Definitely coming back to this location because of him. You can tell he knows exactly what he’s talking about, great customer service too. Ended up having a 30 min conversation lol. Yea he’s dope ! 5 star experience.

Kimbo has great customer service!! Helped me find what I need and the store is extremely clean. Definitely recommend this place!
