I’ve come in a handful of times now on tyler’s shifts and he’s awesome!! He’s got Great customer service and is always willing to take his time to help out or answer any questions you may have.

Always phenomenal customer service with Tyler. he is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to buying product there. I went with my mother and he is very professional and was very patient with her. Very kind young Man, if you go ask for him. will be back again!

If i could do 0 or negative i would. They sold me a 100 dollar piece that didnt even work then wouldnt return it and said they have no return policy. The manager lady is a liar that said she could return it on the phone yesterday if i bring it today just to get told that. I wouldnt waist your time or money here. Any hole in the wall gas station will have a better product.

Their manager is an absolute delight and this is one of my fav OG Xhales to visit. Great team, good vibes and better prices than anywhere else!

I genuinely gotta say I'm not much of a review person unless I'm really happy, or really mad. But I honestly can speak higher of this location, the staff is top tier and super chill, they follow the rules and enforce them in the most chill and respectful way possible(seen it first hand) and every time they have exactly what I need and when they don't? Best believe they pick up a phone without me asking and they call the nearest store to see if they have my favorite! Super dope. Super sweet. Super chill. And tonight just made me want to leave a review. My wife got off very late and they close at 11 on Sunday, she arrived 15min to close and was treated with The EXACT same hospitality that we are always met with. I forget the dudes name who was on shift tonight 9/14/25 but I appreciate you helping her get what we need and treating us the same anytime we come in no matter how close to close you are or how busy they are. They are the best and I genuinely don't go anywhere else! One love ✌️
