The employee named Katie, is extremely rude to every person who walks through the door. She has a nasty demeanor and is simply as mean as you can get. I will be making a formal complaint about her to the manager tomorrow first things tomorrow. I have let this slide the last couple of times but if you can’t fake a smile and be pleasant, she does not deserve to work there. I recommend tobacco palace, rather than dealing with her rudeness.

Christine (hope I spelled that right) was AMAZING! She had the best energy especially considering I was there right after opening. She answered all of my questions and had great conversation. Would definitely recommend her store to others. She’s the highlight of the store and made my day!

This is my favorite smoke shop! So clean, great customer service, and it’s always good vibes when I come in here! 100/10!

What a disappointment!!!!! The sales person obviously did not want to work. She acted like we were an inconvenience from the time we walked in the front door. If Katie continues her employment with Smoke City, this business will not have many customers. Very disappointing!!

This place is okay but Max really is the best. He’s always upbeat and helpful and makes the whole place worth going too.
