If I could leave a 0 star rating, I definitely would. The last time I went into this establishment, I was treated very poorly. The lady working was beyond rude, not only did she have an attitude but she ID me for a lighter, when im 49 years old. I don't look 12. She also ID my partner as well for said lighter. Its very clear that im not 20 years old, and im not going all the way back home for my ID for a LIGHTER! I could understand if it was nicotine, and or thc and alcohol, but there's no reason to card someone for a LIGHTER. I go into the liquor store and am not even carded. She did it to be rude. Anyways, I recommend the Tobacco palace right across the street. The owner of the store has always been extremely nice, good service, and better prices. I will not be returning HERE. You guys have lost 2 customers over a LIGHTER.

Never had a problem till today. I'm 45 yrs old I've been a customer here for yrs I went to purchase a pod for my vape and they were out which is no surprise lately so my wife collets lighters she goes to purchase one and the lady ask for my id and hers neither of us look like we're under 30 I've got a head full of grey hair and get carded for a lighter. She did not just ask for 1 but 2 she had no idea we were even together. Then ask if we were together. I could understand for alcohol or maybe even a vape but come on you know damn good and well I'm over 21 you just wanted to be nasty cause I told you I didn't want none of the nasty flavor raz pods you had I want what I want not what you want me to buy idgaf what flavor you say is good. Just by this I will never be back also I could understand if I had some kids but 2 adult that are that are damn near 50yrs old never again. Your gonna run everyone one by something so ridiculous.most istablisments only require I'd check if they look under 30 for tobacco but it's cahiers call

I believe her name was McKayla she was absolutely the best. Helped me out in a difficult decision. Will definitely return over the competition across the street
