I have been going there and buying four cartons of cigarettes every 3 to 4 weeks for the past eight years. Last week I went in and was just gonna grab a couple to have extra told him what I wanted. He rang me up put in a bag and I walked out. I noticed the price wasn’t quite right so I thought well. Maybe they went up I get home. it’s the wrong cigarettes. It’s a higher price of cigarettes so I call back. Finally got the owner to call me. He said bring him back. We’ll take care of you. Give you the money back that you ever paid. So today I took them back Owner was not there two other guys speaking in their foreign language Kept going back-and-forth and back-and-forth and back-and-forth. Meanwhile, I’m waiting. I don’t get me wrong. It wasn’t but a couple bucks each car that wouldn’t break me. It was the principal so they keep going back-and-forth back-and-forth back-and-forth and keep saying no no price is right price is right so the guy does it on his cellular phone instead of the calculator or the register and lo and behold. I was right the customer long story short I won’t be back. I didn’t get any refund and I hope no one else gets ripped off like I did.

I always go to this Bell's for my needs. Everyone is always nice. I've not once had a bad experience. Anything I ask for has always been in stock. You can't get this kind of service at other big retail or gas stations. The appearance and cleanliness is always top notch. They have the best prices around town. Believe me I've shopped around in the area a few times and couldn't find anyone with better deals.

Well everybody there is really nice. Of course the prices are going up ridiculously high. I should stop smoking but after 45 years I really don't see it happening. That's a good place though even their beer prices are fairly reasonable

great prices. will only accept 5-10 pennies per transaction. made me wash my silver change before the cashier would accept it, had a little bit of dirt on it, but cash is the nastiest thing peo people touch all day.

Its a high volume store and the area can be a little sketchy like keep doors locked when you go in area. The staff though is always helpful and fast depending on what you are there for they got you covered. Hang out area for keno and scratch players and a separate play area for smokers . Good prices on cigs and beer .
