Do not come here if you smoke woods, Smackwoods, or any leaf wrap, they are all dried out and when you get home and open them they will be dried out and they will not exchange them or help you in any way. I spent $20 on two packs of slap woods, got home they were dried out, called them and they said they will return them. Came back up here and they will not and they will not give a refund. Don’t waste your time with this place!!!!! I genuinely feel scammed!!!! And the lady who is working there is a terrible employee. She does not need to be working there or with people. She has no clue what’s she doing and the yelling in the shop is annoying!!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience at Smoke Stars Vape Shop! The staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. The shop is clean, well-organized, and stocked with a huge selection of vapes, disposables, juices, and accessories at great prices. Customer service was top tier from the moment I walked in. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for quality products and an even better experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Natalie is fantastic! Her soft skills are off the charts. I feel like she thinks I’m her long lost best friend every time I get to see her lol. She brightens my day each time I swing by, you can’t train that. I prefer to support brick and mortar tobacco establishments over online retailers. Natalie is a big reason why I continue to do so. Smokestars is an excellent shop with very caring and kind ownership. Easily the best tobacco shop in Fulton county. I will always shop there as long as I live here, lol.

You seem to hire very cool dogs with very helpful owners! Shout out to Natalie! She is personable, knowledgeable and is a big reason i come back! Plus her dog makes me feel very safe:)

Natalie was professional and knowledgeable when we came in to inquire about various vape mods and juice. She was friendly and gave us a lot of information that we didn’t know. We will definitely be coming back to Smoke Stars to get our products!
