Always a pleasure to come here so I wrote a second review. Even the new staff they hire is top-tier! Billy and the new girl with the awesome green sweater (I’ll remember your name I’m sorry it’s a process) gave great customer service. As always 10/10

I have used this store for at least a year now without any issues. Yesterday I purchased a disposable vape that needed to be tested in store (as all products do) and it was dead out of the box. After seeing the light turn on, the associate said it should hold a charge when we got back. It did not. I returned today to at least get a store credit, but the store owner does NOT do returns, exchanges, and NO STORE CREDIT. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on, and I recommend you do too.

I’ve been going to this location for years now, and the product and people just keep getting better. I was helped by Wyatt and Charlie, who both gave great recommendations and have excellent product knowledge to help me find the right fit every time. Store was clean, well stocked, and I definitely will continue to return because of them! Thanks Smoke City, Wyatt, and Charlie!

Wow... I have never had a worse experience at a smoke shop. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOUR MONEY STOLEN FOR NON-WORKING PRODUCTS. If I could give negative reviews I would. I came in on Halloween weekend to buy a concentrate pen before close while on a 2-day trip. There were 2 people working, a man and woman. After being rushed to pick something because they were going to close soon, I paid $60 cash and opened the box before leaving the store to make sure it worked. Upon opening the box in front of the workers, it would not to turn on at all and they refused to help me try to get it working, became aggressive, forced me out of the store, and locked the door telling me there were no refunds through the glass. They refused to exchange it and told me to come back tomorrow, after I made it very clear I did not live in Savannah and was driving home that night. To this day, I have tried everything, and the product still does not work and because I paid cash there is no way for me to get my money back. Find somewhere else to go, literally anywhere but here.
