THEY ARE SCAMMERS. They made us pay full price for half the product. This was on Sunday, 8/17. They didn’t open the box to show us all 4 tips were there when we purchased it, which I found unusual as every other place does that. But we continued with the purchase as I figured they were nice and wouldn’t be dishonest. We opened it once home and not only saw there an empty slot where a tip should be, but the whole thing was cut and missing yet another one. We paid for 4, and received 2. Horrible business. Favorite place to shop, everybody’s ALWAYS friendly. Very transparent and feels like family when I walk in. I always find what I want and if they don’t have it they give me great alternatives to try

I've been trying to quit smoking so I decided to invest in a mod that was suggested as I did. So the Indian guy behind the counter a month later is on his phone and seems totally uninterested to help me find the product that I had gotten previously. I was asking him several questions and he just seemed totally uninterested so I said you know what I'm going to take my money elsewhere.

Great places to shop, just don’t know when they actually open. It’s 10:40 place still ain’t open.
