I recently moved into town and tried out all of the vape/smoke shops in the area. Highlife was BY FAR the best in all categories. Product selection, price, customer service, product knowledge, etc.. Highly recommend to anyone that hasn’t visited! The young lady working behind the counter was extremely friendly, and the guy that was there who I believe is the manager were both attentive and professional.

Kat was AMAZING she was super easy to talk to and made the whole experience great. For more than one reason I will continue to drive from Athens to shop at this store. And the cats are super cute too.

Good employees, and cats! God they’re cute little kitties, I came in around 3pm this afternoon looking for a vape, bought it and went home. Turned out that the coil that came with the tank was faulty, I drove back cause I thought I did something wrong. Lady helped by replacing faulty coil with a dual coil, completely fixed the issue. Happy customer, so I know what store to return to if I need any vape accessories or gear. Thank you so much!! Did I say there’s cute cats there?

Great customer svc. Alex was very helpful. I had a vape mod that wasn't functioning properly and stopped in just by chance ti see if I could get help. Thought i would have to send it back. Glad I did Alex called the owner or manager and got me help to fix it. I believe in good customer svc working in customer svc industry and they earned future business for sure. Thank you
