Great smoke shop on the corner of Carl-Bethlehem and Winder Hwy! Nice variety of glass, kratom and vapes. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable of the products. Alex is always ready with a smile and very helpful with those of us that are talkative and/or indecisive.

I was recently sold (within the past three weeks) a device for which, as I am now aware, the store does not carry supporting product. I was not made aware of this at the time of purchase. I was then sold the wrong supporting product at a later date, with the disclaimer of “if these don’t work, come back and we will try to get the right product”. Upon returning, due to the product not being compatible with the device I was sold, I was given two options; to visit their other location which might have what I need OR purchase another new device within the span of a months time. I am not sure if the issue is the result of a lack of knowledge from the sales staff, or if there is just a lack of regard for their customers. This is very frustrating as it has resulted in a non-negligible amount of wasted time with no resolution. Further, I have had an account with them for 2 years and have done a fair amount of business with this store location in that time. Because of the wasted time (and possibly money if the device I was sold is being phased out from the manufacturer) and the lack of interest from the sales staff to come to some sort of resolution that doesn’t involve a further waste of my time or money, I will no longer be doing business here. If you plan on purchasing a product/device from Tropical Haze, be sure to ask the right qualifying questions to avoid the same frustrations.

Customer service is above and beyond. Took my husband here to get him something to help with his pain. He was in a motorcycle accident a year ago and is always in pain. It's a daily battle for him. I told the young lady behind the counter a little bit more details. The few extras she threw in really made my heart swell. She spoiled us. People don't understand how much kindness goes a long way. My husband said this is where we will be going from now on. They have a great selection of CDB drinks as well.

Amber and the other associates are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We always have great conversations about their products and in general life. Great place to have all of your needs met. I would recommend definitely shopping at tropic haze .
