The music in this store is repulsive. The vibe is gross and the girl behind the counter had the personality of a wet blanket. I bought a vape that exploded when I got home and some Shady things happened in my account with them after my purchase. I won't go there again ugh

The woman that helped me did not seem like she liked her job. Didn’t even say thank you to me after I said it. Also, their credit card machine wasn’t working so I had to pay cash. Overall pretty poor experience.

The girl working at this location today around 7:30am has issues. This is the second time I’ve been here and she has the same piss poor attitude. I looked down to put my card and ID back into my wallet and she was all wide eyed with this disgusted glare at me. Fake nice attitude to your face. This other guy was there before me that she was assisting and she kept outwardly yawning like she had better things to do than help him. Avoid this place, they don’t deserve anyones business.

Their prices don't make sense. 2-120mg happy hippo kratom shots are around 37 dollars. 4-60mg shots are 67 dollars even though it's the same amount. Other times certain flavors are cheaper even if they're the same MG.

Just left this location and the girl working there is awful. I went in looking for a gift. I didn’t know the name of the vape, but knew what it looked like. As soon as I found it I got excited and asked if the one I was looking at was mint. My eyes are bad so I couldn’t see the lettering that well. Then passive aggressively she says “well I don’t know which flavor you smoke” with a fake condescending laugh. I paused because I don’t where she got that I wanted her to guess which one I smoked (it wasn’t even for me)…but the one I wanted was “Miami mint”. Just a bad attitude and tried to make me feel stupid like I was asking her to move mountains. This review is probably pointless, but it sucks to leave a place I spent my hard earned money in a bad mood. Changed to five stars because they have a great selection, super clean, good hours and pricing. Just wanted the owner to be aware and I don’t like leaving bad reviews for local businesses. I even tipped her a few bucks because I work in the tipping industry…no “thank you” either.
