If you’re looking for all products tobacco . Including tobacco , vapes of every flavor and variety-I’ll add , outstanding customer service-Before I go any further . I’d first like to thank , Poi personally for returning my wallet . I had inadvertently dropped it outside of the store . Someone brought it in and at the time I didn’t have an ID to prove it was mine but she had seen the wallet and cards I use to purchase items in the store and she actually walked the entire area looking for me . By the time she found me . I could tell she was exhausted . Everything was as it should be concerning my credit and bank cards as a matter of fact , I didn’t even check to make sure until I had to make a purchase somewhere else because I’m a regular and Poi and her husband Daniel are very kind and polite . I can truthfully add ‘honesty’ to that . Today , I picked up a vaping apparatus . I had purchased the same unit in Wahiawa for 5 dollars more than what they were charging and it’s the best money can buy . I had misplaced it and needed another . You have service and the products they carry are priced reasonably well . The complaints I see in the other reviews may have been true at that time-regarding store hours-not now and I will agree that that bald guy is one you should avoid . *Update* Came today right at 8am when they opened and waited with another customer 30 minutes and are still here with no one having shown up. Honestly I hope everything is OK though, because this has never happened before so I still give em 5 stars & pray everyones in good health. They still got da best prices n service! Ended up waiting until 845am & am leaving to get to work on time. Hope John & Daniel are ok. Will probably try again later this afternoon.

This is THE PLACE to go for your Vape shop, but even water pipes. One of my favorite things about the shop is that they are open earlier than most vape shops. there is metered parking at Merchant & Richards Streets that is a convenient and small walk away. the staff are so chill, and the store is beautiful with nice water pipe pieces and art painted on the walls and ceilings. ive been to many vape shops on island but this one is the most consistent- good prices, extremely friendly staff, and great ambience with a central location in downtown.

He assisted in everything i had questions about and gave me a great deal. Above all i appreciated his kind and welcoming nature. I highly recommend visiting this store!
