Never left a review at a volcano shop, but this one’s exceptional. Specifically, the technician behind the counter named Amy very talented and extremely capable of assisting! a must stop.

I had such a great experience thanks to Amy and Dayton! I usually buy the same vape and flavor every single time, but I told them I was getting bored and wanted to try something different. They took the time to ask what I liked and recommended a new flavor that ended up being exactly what I was looking for. Their customer service was friendly, knowledgeable, and they genuinely wanted to help instead of just making a sale. Because of Amy and Dayton, I’ll definitely be coming to Volcano from now on. Highly recommend stopping by if you want great service and awesome recommendations!

6/14 store closes at 6, got there at 5:24 and they were shutting the gate. Employee saw us try to open the door and walked away. Guess i will take my business elsewhere 🤷🏻‍♀️

Girl in the morning was nice she opened the store early to let me buy my puff bar so I could make it to work on time 👍🏻

I normally like this place but.... Place closes at 9 pm. I walked in at 8:55 pm and they told me to get lost. I would understand if it was a restaurant or something but you literally just have to hand me something from behind a counter. Ridiculous.
