Great store very professional and prices are extremely reasonable. My first choice whenever I choose a place to get my cigarettes. They have a large selection of all sorts of things. I highly recommend this place.

Awesome staff!! They’re ALWAYS awesome & never hasty!! Thank you Big Smoke staff!! I like getting my lottery tickets there!! Winning!!🏅

The lady working here on July 3rd was kind of rude to us. We would ask her questions and she just answered really quickly and tried to brush us off as if we were irritating her. Well ... sorry for disturbing you ma'am. I thought you worked here for the customer. I thought you were supposed to provide a customer service to us and be decent and nice to us. We won't be going back here because of how rude she was to us. I only give the 2 stars instead of one, because the store has decent prices and a good supply of stuff. They really need to work on their customer service aspect though. That is, if they really want to compete with other shops out there - who actually make their customers feel as though they are appreciated.

The people that work there are fantastic!

The people who work here are awesome and so patient if you choose to purchase something behind the glass knives, ect. Everything is always stocked and I really enjoy stopping in.
