I’m a regular customer at this store and one of the main reasons why is because I get excellent service EVERY SINGLE TIME! Cameron, Kayla, Joe and Patrick treat me with respect and kindness EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to this store. Another reason I chose this store rather than others are the affordable deals they always have!! If Post Falls doesn’t have something I’m looking for then usually the CDA store has it and they are pretty friendly over at the CDA store as well. But Post Falls customer service is where it’s at!

I normally love coming to this store and I was just in there and I bought two bottles of fluid or liquid and I didn’t even make it out the door before. I realized that I bought the exact same two bottles. I literally turned around and walked right back in to see if I can swap a bottle for a different flavor. This lady Kelly, which is the district manager was very unpleasant to talk, was not willing to let me trade out my bottle, even though I barely I didn’t even leave the store. She said once the sales is done you cannot trade out the bottle. I don’t wanna come back to the store again because of that lady I bring a lot of business to the store and Kelly made me feel like I was nothing and that my money didn’t matter and even though I just bought them at the counter and walked out the door I turned around and walked right back in the door. they never lost side of me and she said she couldn’t change it out for a different flavor.

I am very disappointed with this place. They are supposed to have a privacy policy in which they violated by sharing my purchase history with someone else. I dont know which employee did so but I am very unhappy with that. If I could give less than 1 star I would! I will gladly take my business elsewhere!

I wouldn’t but disposable vapes or batteries here they are faulty and will dry out as soon as you walk out the store.all disposable vapes purchased at this location have had issue either running oil,burning out or just straight failure to work.i have spoken with the manager they will not replace but offer you a simple discount on your next purchase.I advise that you do not
