I really don't leave a lot of reviews but I had to leave one for this store. Not only was I blown away at the size and selection of everything. I was blown away by the customer service I was given and how much time and information I was given about what I wanted to buy and what I was looking for. You can tell that Nikk really loves what he does and obviously very passionate about it. I never felt rushed I felt like I really understood what I was buying and I felt as a customer extremely cared about I was really blown away, and I don't know if you like me and the vape world with all its gadgets all its different types of PODS, coils, percentages of PG to VG, and all the different subtypes of oils, what's best for what, and all of these kinds of components that do different things, I feel like that's where you can see that they love what they do because they have full knowledge of all of that information I felt like there wasn't a question they couldn't answer and then alongside the incredible patient and caring customer service.... Like I said I was just blown away, awesome human. Also I am also very picky about my vape juice and their in-house brand is incredible price and the way they make it is such a higher quality. I really hate artificial sweeteners in my juice and the aftertaste they leave and the in-house is the best vape juice I have ever used. And he was even kind enough to even let me open some bottles and to smell them and see what I wanted. I just can't say enough good things about this shop and the customer service I received I will never go to another vape store again and my mom now even only goes here as well. If you haven't been here I highly recommend going and I would bet money that you also would never go to another vape shop again. If I could leave 10 Stars I would ❤️

Besides an amazing deal on a carta sport shipping was extremely fast the most important thing besides how carefully packed the box was (I purchased a lot with glass) the owner himself has been communicative even today with a pop up question. Also family run business and the owner is humble and truly grateful for every customer they meet. I talked to him for a month before purchasing, not one time did he push me to hurry up! I couldn’t possible think of anywhere else to shop 🦋 Thank you nick

Bought 5 bottles of juice, 4 were expired back in 2022. I brought them unopened back to the store wanting to exchange them. Kid at the store tells me “there fine, we sell them all the time and never had anyone complain”. I told him the nicotine and flavor degrade over time and I paid for fresh juice. He didn’t care, refused to refund or exchange. Waste of money and time. Sense he says they “sell them all the time”, if you gonna shop here check the manufacture date, don’t pay support a scam charging full retail for old juice. Plenty of other shops out there if you don’t want the headache.

I love this place! Luke was super helpful in assisting me with my purchase of a voozr chamber and was very knowledgeable. I really appreciated his help. I have also received outstanding customer service from the owner! I would highly recommend this store as they have a great selection, I was shocked by how big it was. Definitely will be a regular customer at Nikk Drips!

What a great experience working with Nik! He assisted me with a custom order and my item arrived the next day! He sent me photos and answered all my questions and the product was the exact right for for my needs!
