Friendly enough. Got the typical smoke shop stuff. Would be a higher review, but they would only sell me 4 rolls of Zyn in a perticular flavor, instead of the 6 I usually get. I could get 4 rolls of a different though, totalling 8 if I wanted. Which would be fine, but I asked why and he said it's not a state law or anything. It was cause "us washingtonians are getting such a good deal we can afford to come again". He said that, very friendly though. I can also afford to go across the street.

I buy only my tobacco products at Lew's only. Great prices, awesome service, always quick and easy with no problems or hassle plus they got these smoke odor eliminate candies that they sell now so awesome (buy at least one every payday)

As of 2024 the place has gone down hill, customer service is pretty bad, the lady that works days is the worst taking forever to ring people up talking the whole time about unrelated things and has a very hard time keeping focused, don't ask her for lottery tickets, you'll be there for 30 minutes, and the gentleman with glasses seems very agitated and it seems to be getting worse, taking my business elsewhere for now.
