Staff has no manners and doesn’t know his product whatsoever. Called from an hour away asking for a part of the puffco guy says in new here I don’t know anything. I asked him if there is anybody else who can answer or help me and he just hung up the phone on me as I’m talking. Please do not waste your time and go to these misbehaving people who hang up on people if you can ask them one question to the next.

Great selection on everything for smoking including vaporizers. I go for their large selection of flavored and unflavored cigarillos. They also have a large selection of RAW merchandise. Excellent selection of hookah and glass pipes and bowls. Overall a great local place to support or just come in to hangout.

I stopped into A Town Smoke Shop today and had the pleasure of meeting Deepali. She was incredibly helpful in helping me find the perfect battery I was looking for and took the time to explain the differences between several options. The shop itself is super well-stocked — they seriously have everything you could think of, including munchies conveniently placed near the exit (which I loved). Great customer service and great vibes all around. Definitely worth checking out!

We went here on a fun visit to fox valley, and i was not disaappinted! This had the best reviews so i stopped in and the lovely family running it was super friendly and able to help me find what i needed! She even answered some questions i had about different products which made me happy. Prices are great, service was fantastic! And anytime i go back to fox valley, ill make sure to go right down the road to Papa Jays and see my new friends again!
