I recently stopped by Smoke Spot Tobacco & Vape + Drive Thru in Naperville and had a great experience. I picked up a Vaporesso XROS replacement pod and Naked 100 Lava Flow (6mg). The owner, Mohamed, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. He’s friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The pricing was also very competitive compared to other shops in the area. If you’re looking for quality products, fair prices, and excellent customer service, I highly recommend this place.

Review update:went back today the manager Simust(I think I spelled it right) saw exactly what it was doing apologized and replaced it with a different flavor. Thank you for understanding. Stars updated from 1 to 4. Got a Ploox cartridge from here and it clearly doesn’t work. I went back to get a replacement. I get home it’s doing the SAME THING. I figured maybe this flavor is having an issue. I take a video to show them the worker calls the owner and the owner refuses to replace it. I’m not even asking for a refund. I just want the item I was sold to work correctly like anyone. I’m sure if the owner was in my shoes he would want something he paid for to work. The owner says try it before you leave the store. HOW! this pod is inputed in to a device. They don’t have the device set up w/ water so how would I try it? The worker said I can come speak to the owner tomorrow which I will. Hopefully I can update this review to more positive tomorrow after speaking face to face w/ the owner and showing him the video. Word of mouth is how a business runs.
