Dan is one of the nicest and most friendly small business owners(as well as his staff) that you find in this area. Store has a great product selection and very fair prices. Keep it up Dan! Cheers!

Absolutely incredibly bad manager. He has no idea what to sell in the store and what to recommend to potential customers. If you need some consumables it's so silly to invite you nicely out of the store. Good luck to stay in business. I do not recommend this store.

I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends if there isn't this old Indian Man working. My partner & i came in 30 mins before closing to get something last minute & he was rude the whole time, & couldn't speak well English at all. Before buying an Ooze Pen, we had asked him if we can see it & he opened it for us. We screwed in our oil part to see if it would fit & it was a match. Before we said anything he was rushing to put everything back & we told him to hold on, that our part was still screwed on & he didn't care. He was still trying to put it back as if it was the stores. We decided to take it but we wanted to test it out to see if it charged & good enough to take home. When we wanted to see if it would charge he didn't want to help us. He sighed & huffed & puffed & said he had to close the shop & that he doesnt have time, even tho his store was open for another 15-20 mins! He was rushing us again. We asked him if we can return/exchange if it didnt work & he said no & pointed to a sign that said exactly that. He said if we leave & it doesnt work, too bad, to not come back. At this point we were a little upset, but told him that if there was anything wrong we were going to come back regardless. He just locled up the store behind us. He didn't even give a real receipt. It did not say what we purchased, just how much was charged on my card. We're happy with my purchase, had no problems with it so far but not with his customer service.

I really do like this smoke shop. Very friendly and a good selection for decent prices. The reason I’m only giving four stars is because they are NEVER open on time.
