Smoke City and Aurora are absolutely top-notch! The customer service here is amazing—everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping you find exactly what you’re looking for. Nick, in particular, does a fantastic job of educating customers and taking the time to explain all the different products they offer. You never feel rushed or pressured, just well-informed. If you’re looking for great value and great service all in one location, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

This place is sweet and the guy working knows his stuff - finally somewhere not weird

The owner was super friendly and very passionate about the vaping and cannabis industry. I’m in the cannabis industry myself and he was picking my brain on the best cannabis accessories back in 2021 around the time they opened. He truly cares about his customers and what they are receiving. Looking forward to visiting today, stopped in to check the hours, and hopefully making a purchase.

Wonderful shopping Experience. Best customer service. Extremely affordable prices on all of the products. Employees are very friendly, helpful and possess deep knowledge about the stuff they sell. Their product recommendations are highly considerable. Why not give it a try !!!

Very friendly and helpful employees. Good selection. Had small issue with a purchase I made and they exchanged it with no hassle. Would highly reccomend
