The window posters that advertise sale prices are not honored. The product I bought was advertised as $12.99. I was charged $18.00. The special price for three of a different brand also not honored. The one person working was on the phone the entire time I was in there. I didn't see anyone else working. The phone guy acted like I was disturbing his call and had no patience when I was trying to decide on the flavor I wanted. I live pretty close to the store but I think I would rather take a bus to Crestwood for my vaping needs. The prices are better and they seem to want to sell their products and are willing to answer questions and seem very helpful. That guy on Western and 119th will have plenty of time to sit on the phone if they continue with that attitude.

I went to the shop recently for a friend to buy some cigarettes the prices I guess are reasonable I don't smoke but he said they were reasonable the guy behind the window was very friendly great customer service, nice little store.
