Adam is the absolute best! He was so incredibly helpful, answered all our questions, and explained everything perfectly. They also revamped the inside of the shop and it looks great! We've been going here a while and can definitely tell the store is changing for the better. Cannot recommend this place enough

I went to Up In Smoke Cigars Vapes Hookah Tobacco and honestly had a great experience. The shop is really clean and organized, and they have a huge selection of cigars, vapes, and hookah stuff. The walk-in humidor is probably the best part — everything is fresh and well kept. Shoutout to Issa who helped me out — he was super chill, knowledgeable, and didn’t try to rush me or upsell anything. He gave solid recommendations and made the whole experience easy. Prices were fair compared to other spots around Chicago too. Overall, definitely a go-to place if you’re looking for quality products and good service. I’ll be coming back for sure.

I don’t know everyone’s name but every last guy that works in there is great they greet you as soon as you walk in the door! The first time I went in there they made me feel very welcomed they were stocking and cleaning but all stopped to attend to me and speak to me. I want ti say moody and Adam I believe behind the counter sat while I asked them the prices of like 20 different things but they didn’t care we’re very patient and were glad to help unlike some places where they get attitude or try to rush you out the store! This store is very clean and nice and they hands down have the best prices and all the employees are amazing and go above and beyond!!! I’m not a person who writes reviews but definitely took the time to write one for this place because they deserve it! If your going to do any of your shopping at a smoke shop this is your place for sure! I go to this store every other day almost just found out the guy behind the counters name AB he is my favorite he always got he and hooks me up even takes my call when I call to ask about something even when I can be bothersome he is always happy to help me and very professional he is my favorite and the BEST!!!

Went it to look for a bong for my friends birthday and Adam was extremely helpful. Gave me many options & made sure i was happy with the one i picked. He also gave me a great deal on it! Highly recommend coming here & seeing him!

If it's your first time like myself or you've been vaping for a while up in smoke should be your spot. I had the pleasure of meeting JOJO. He was very patience and answered all my questions. Thank you JOJO
