I ordered Mazaya Lemon & Mint shisha tobacco, but they gave me a different brand in a clear plastic container instead of the original packaging. I even asked him if it was really Mazaya, and he assured me that it was. However, since I buy Mazaya regularly, I believe the tobacco I received was actually Al Fakher, not Mazaya. I also noticed that the price changes from one visit to another without any explanation. Sometimes it's higher, and other times it goes back to the original price, which is confusing. I hope the management looks into this issue, makes sure customers receive the brand they order, and keeps the pricing clear and consistent...... There's a huge difference between mazaya and Al fakher. You can't fool us..we know the difference.

I’ve been smoking Sheesha ever since I was in Dubai, I’m not an expert and my friend Kathy told me to go to Hello Hookah! Wow! I was blown away, this place is amazing. I met Emilio (sp?), he was so helpful, in showing me how to properly pack my bowl, charcoal to use and help me select my sheesha. This part was the best because the sheesha is so fresh and it was like walking in a candy store! They also custom blend flavors for you! I was in heaven! They also make fruit heads too! I drove all the way there from 5200 N Clark and it was worth the trip. Even better when he told me they have another store on Foster and Harlem! Emilio was the best and so is Hello Hookah!
