Purchased a defective mod, and was told they wouldn't do a refund for it and to contact the company, who said they don't process refunds, that the individual vendors do that. So they took my money and said "sucks to be you, I guess". The previous owner knew how to take care of customers, but these guys clearly don't. The guy working the counter has THE worst customer service. Would strongly advise staying clear of this place. It's not the same kind of shop it used to be before it got bought out, and you'll likely find that out first hand. There are multiple other great shops in the area. I would strongly advise doing business with them instead.
