Great tobbaco selection, tall lady employee very very rude, grabbed my money out of my hand instead of me counting it I asked to let me do it she refused got snappy with me and I even said if it's over 10 dollars and 50 cents I wanted to get the other cigarette box and she didn't allow me to do that. So I bought the bag which I was planning on, great tobbaco decent price and a box for my rolled cigs that she would t let me switch to the cheaper one after she grabbed the money out of my hand without asking very rudely and if it was a employer of mine she would be immediately fired for grabbing money from a customer, and would t give it back to me for me to count knowing I would probably only have bought the tobbaco and while I was saying no she ring it up and literallly threw it or slammed it into the small black bag and then didn't ask if I wanted the receipt which I always take my receipt everyone should but she quickly grabbed it wadded it up and I said no I need that and she slammed it into my hand. I've been there several times the other employees always been nice but this lady can't miss her she's has a long face black hair and is 6 feet or taller. I'm 6 foot 1 and she seemed taller than me by a inch or two.aboid her and unless she's the bosses relative or daughtr should not be working there period. Otherwise that store has great tobacco and tubes etc.

The pre rolls are really bad every single brand they sell kind of makes you feel like a sucker done shopping with them offically the other stuff like the carts are good but the specific brands of pre rolls they order are all very cheap they look out for profit 📈 margins instead of stocking up on quality products if your looking for pre rolls id recommend main street liquior a few miles away

The folks here are always helpful and friendly! They even accommodate people with disabilities!

I go for the great people and excellent service! In the past few years that I've been a daily regular they have had a little mismanagement happen. Caused me to go less often. The lady managing now is TOP NOTCH!! Best manager I've seen in years!!! She is one of the best examples of how a manager should be and leads by example!!!! She has a solid team team there now and they make the experience beyond exceptional!!!! VERY NICE PEOPLE!!! They definitely deserve a chance to earn your money!!!

Can I just say this business has the best customer service. Everyone is helpful and cheerful. I go in almost daily to get energy drinks. Yes I could just order them from online, but this animal friendly business and top level customer service is why my fur babies and I will continue to frequent and support this local gem. Being able to tell they genuinely love animals and are excited to see them in addition to the smiles, pride in service and super clean store (they are always working on keeping the store prestine) makes this a must stop for anyone.
