I had a fantastic experience at Chicago Vapor Zone tonight and highly recommend this shop if you’re in the area. The staff at Chicago Vapor Zone were incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and helped me pick out a beautiful new bong and some cleaner without making me feel rushed at all. They also took the time to carefully wrap my new piece, to make sure I was able to get it home safely. The customer service alone made the visit worth it. Chicago Vapor Zone also has an amazing selection. They carry everything from high-quality glass pieces to cleaners, rolling papers, vaping supplies, and more. It’s one of those shops where you can walk in and find pretty much anything you need in one place. The prices were very fair and they even gave me 5% off, which was a really nice surprise. The shop itself is clean, well organized, and has a really welcoming vibe. Another huge plus is their hours — Chicago Vapor Zone is open 8am–midnight every day, which is incredibly convenient. They’re also just a few blocks from where I live, so it’s great to have such a reliable and friendly local smoke shop nearby. Great selection, great prices, and genuinely kind people working there. I’ll absolutely be coming back to Chicago Vapor Zone.

This is a great shop. Not only do that pretty much have whatever you might be looking for, but the staff is incredibly friendly. Some things might be slightly higher priced and other things are a great deal. At the end of the day the fantastic customer service keeps me coming to this location.

The young lady that took care of me was knowledgeable more than friendly and knew exactly what I needed. This place is excellent.

Great deals and workers are always nice! Will be coming back

Went here this week. Mak Was great we bought our first 2 vapes from him and he spent an hour explaining everything from set up to flavors to picking the best vapes for our need and price point. He gave me a good discount for buying a lot from him. very accommodating.
