I was a regular customer, but the last FIVE times I have made the trip there, they are closed when their posted hours of operation say they are supposed to be open. Such a waste of time! I've gone an hour after they were supposed to open, I've gone four hours after, in the middle of the day. It's the same thing in the evenings too. 5pm, a whole four hours before they are supposed to close, and the shop gates are down. I can see from other reviews that this is a problem that has been going on for a while at this place. They need to either update their hours or hire someone who can consistently open/close the store on time. Its unprofessional and ridiculous. I'll be buying from one of the other two vape stores in the area until this shop can get itself together, I wont be wasting my time again.

The owner is super nice! He helped me pick out a great bong for a really good price. He took extra care when packing it an spent extra time to make sure the down pipe was exactly right.

Excellent service, reasonable prices and extremely knowledgeable/helpful staff. Joseph, the store owner, is also extremely friendly and very approachable. Reason why I drive from the suburbs to his shop, it can't be beat

Extremely kind, courteous & helpful staff/MGMT; & shop itself is very cozy & well stocked. If they sold tins (of cig tobacco) I'd give 5 stars lol but in reality it is definitely a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ biz

It says it opens at one but I would come in at 3:30 at earliest to be safe. Other than that it's good. Just never there at 1 pm 1:30pm or even 2 pm and this is not from just one day this has happened multiple times
