I’m new to Chicago, and desperately needed a shop to get an inaugural piece. Luckily, I found this shop that stays open later than some others. Willie Nelson would probably be overwhelmed in this place. The prices were nice. The selection is fun and had a lot of pop culture references. (My favorite was the mangonada piece. Reminded me of Texas.) Erick was super helpful, and very patient with my questions. We eventually settled on this cute pipe, pictured below. Definitely check it out! I’ll be back soon!

Dude who works there is very chill. I'm blind, and he always respectful and helps me out. I always go in to grab the same Urb sativa cartridges, but sometimes they're sold out so he'll hook me up with something different. I tell everyone I know who smokes to go here because they're the best in Chicago.

Erick is awesome! He’s always friendly and willing to help. As a regular here, I must say he’s one of the best and knowledgeable about the products here. Definitely recommend a stop here if you’re looking for stuff in the are.

Amazing shop, great location, best selection of glass and other devices in chicago! I always regret going to any other place - this has been my #1 head shop for 5+ years. The prices are amazing, they’ll do their best to give you the best price possible, and the service is top-notch. I will always be going here! The guy behind the counter is so helpful and friendly! I think his name is Erik. He’s on a first name basis with regular customers, and is extremely knowledgeable about all of the merchandise (which is a lot). He’s helped me pick out a few of my favorite items. He’s kind to people even when they’re being difficult or demanding, and he does a really good job of keeping the shop safe.

Today I was walking around the uptown area and noticed a smoke shop called smoke dreams. They have very nice pieces in the window. So I stopped in upon stopping the end. I was buzzed in and greeted with great customer service. The gentleman was very polite. I wanted to know if he can assist me in any way. Wonderful customer service, great prices, wonderful pieces. This store is amazing, 10 out of 10
