I had a great experience at Lucky Smoke Shop. This is easily one of the best smoke shops in Chicago. They’re open late (24 hours), which is super convenient, and they had everything I was looking for in one place. The selection is excellent — from vapes and accessories to other essentials — and the store is clean and well organized. What really stood out was the customer service. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience easy. If you’re looking for a reliable, well-stocked smoke shop in Chicago, I highly recommend Lucky Smoke Shop. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Just came here for the first time, and Rolland was super helpful when trying to find some 7-oh for myself in desperate need haha. Super chill guy and they sell absolutely anything you could possibly need, highly recommend.

Shop was clean and open late which is a plus for any overnight workers like myself. A bag of the lowest quality brand of Kratom was $50 though. Absolutely eye watering. Turned around and said have a good night without hesitation.

I came in on Friday morning (02/06) and I had the pleasure of meeting Jack. I met a man in the fall who introduced himself as the owner, who was extremely pompous, arrogant, condescending and phony and it turned me off to this place . However, with Jack, what a pleasant experience! He is a gentleman and a scholar ! He is friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable, he takes his time and yours to explain what’s to your benefit and makes sure that you’re confident and happy with your purchase. Jack is the salesman of the year! Thank you Jack, and thanks to you, I’ll definitely be back with all of my friends whenever you’re there!

This man just told me $25 a gram, $60 a 3.5 & $120 a 7. It didn’t even smell exotic, just basic. Tried to call before, but got no answer. Waste of a drive, because that’s way too expensive for something basic. I just said never mind & turned right around
