If you love cigars and are anywhere remotely near this place you have to stop in. One of the nicest cigar shopss I’ve been to. Amazing selection, and Don Vic’s hospitality and customer service is top-notch. Also, try one of his house blend cigars. I had the Maduro and thought it was excellent. And that’s without any qualifier such as, “for a house cigar.“ it’s just darn good!

Vic had everything I was looking for & then some. His selection is outstanding, but what really sets him apart is his knowledge and passion for cigars. This is the best cigar shop in the Chicago metro area. They have a huge selection of cigars, including all the familiar brands and a varying boutique collection. They also have an awesome store brand cigar called Don V, which is a must-try for anyone visiting the shop. Additionally, they have all the accessories anyone would need. This shop has 2 distinct qualities that separate it from any other cigar shop. First, it's the lounge. You can pay an annual fee to join their club, and it will grant 24/7 lounge access. The lounge also enables them to host fun events during the summer, holidays, and big sporting events. Second, it's the owners. Vick and Mita are absolutely the best. They're very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. They'll always remember you if you're a repeat customer, and they'll do everything in their power to make sure you're happy with your experience.

This isn't just a cigar shop- it's an experience! What sets this place apart, beside the beautiful & huge indoor humidor, variety of accessories/products, is the owner, Vick Shah. He didn't just sell me a humidor, he guided me through the entire process with patience and expertise. I knew absolutely nothing about cigars or humidors but wanted to surprise my husband with one for his birthday. Vick answered every question with thoughtful insight and patience and each recommendation was tailored, not just transactional. It was clear he wasn't just an expert , but he cared about turning my purchase into something meaningful since it was a special gift for my husband. He went the extra step and fully set up the humidor for me ahead of time (which I found out was a bit of a process). When I came back to pick it up it was perfectly prepared and ready to use- no guesswork, no stress! It was, and still is one of my husband's most favorite gifts that he has ever received. Bar none- BEST place to go if you are looking for anything cigar related!!
