This store is clean, professional, and well-staffed by friendly people. I spoke with one person (Mohammad, I believe) who offered to show me different products. However, my disclaimer is that I was there to ask if the store would allow me to hang a flyer for a local school offering free IT classes. I don't smoke so I wasn't in the market for their products. I give them a lot of credit for a nicely laid-out store with a variety of products for those in the market. The lighting is great and the products are well-spaced.

Smoke Hub in Pilsen is good because Mohammed is good at what he does. He remembers people, keeps things moving, and doesn’t do the weird retail performance thing. You go in, you get what you came for, and you don’t leave annoyed. Always a sweet breeze.

Great customer service! A very knowledgeable staff. No matter what you're looking for, they can get it. Not expensive and they never forget a face

Great neighborhood shop with an extensive selection of vape supplies, hookahs and smoking accessories. Friendly and efficient staff.

Muhammad is great! He helped me set up my e-cig. He was friendly and prices are great!! Would definitely shop here again!
