Super kind and knowledgeable staff. I broke my partner's bowl the day before when trying to clean it, so we came here to replace it. We were in and out in about 6 minutes (their selection of small to medium bowls was great, would have to go back and take more time to comment on their other items), and the price was perfect. They even offered us a free canned drink from their cooler. They don't expect you to remove your mask like that shop in Albany Park which is crucial for anyone but especially for immunocompromised people. We'll definitely be back to shop here in the future!

Great experience at this smoke shop! Prices are some of the best I’ve seen, and the customer service is top-notch. Big shoutout to Fizz — super helpful, friendly, and made everything quick and easy. Definitely my go-to spot from now on. Highly recommend!

Great experience at Smoke Outlet! The prices are very good, and the service is always smooth. Fizz is an excellent employee—super friendly, helpful, and makes sure you find exactly what you need. Definitely one of the best spots to shop!

MD was great, super helpful and knowledgeable and a very polite person. The store itself was clean and I was served immediately

The staff is extremely friendly. They stock up to date and newer products on the reg. Try Torch THC-A whole flower! Over an eighth for a deal. I hope they get to know me.
