Great shop with a huge selection and a clean, organized layout. Denise helped me pick out a piece today and was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient without being pushy. She made the whole experience easy and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Definitely one of the better smoke shops in Chicago.

Stopped by Smokers Planet recently and Jay helped me out. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and gave great customer service. He answered all my questions and made the experience quick and easy. Definitely appreciate the help and would recommend this shop to others!

Mannn it was a nice shop, prices are very reasonable for it to be downtown. Highly recommend! Jay was very helpful with explaining the different products and glass They carry. Also referred me to a couple of nice spots to chill and get good food from. Will definitely be coming back soon! If you’re in the neighborhood and come across this store stop in and check them out!

Lou was very nice and personable. He was able to describe and talk about pros and cons and side effects of the various products. Gummies. Badder. Kratom. All kinds of items. Definitely worth checking out. Prices are AMAZING and cheaper than other smoke shops in the area! Affordable. Highly recommend! Location is GREAT!! literally almost at the corner of Chicago Ave and Franklin where the EL stop is for Chicago Ave. And next door to a Starbucks. Go!!

This place always has product in stock. They keep the customer in mind and let me know when new product comes in that they think I’d enjoy, and check in with me to make sure they’re carrying anything I could ever want. Always a pleasure to walk in and get to chop it up with guys like Jay! Keep it up, gentlemen!
