Great shop with really large selection and expected pricing. Lots of accessories for sale that are fun and unique, and high quality. Counter you can smoke at but no lounge. Helpful service and great location to the lakeshore for a cigar walk.

Great shop and super kind people. Do yourself a favor and grab one of their stout barrel aged cigars, they’re fantastic!

The staff there was super nice and they helped me find a pipe and tabacco for my financee's dad. The security guard was very polite and made me feel safe.

Going to UP DOWN is always the highlight of my day. From the good company to the great hospitality from the employees, shot out to marquetta for her bright personality and how she always helps me find the perfect cigar to smoke!

I am a novice when it comes to anything cigar. I was extremely satisfied with the help I received. I explained to the gentlemen that greeted me that I was a novice and I need a 80th birthday gift for a casual smoker. Not only did he explained some different brands and flavors but he helped me some accessories as well. They even gift wrap for free! While he was in the back gift wrapping my purchase his co-worker let me know they had used cigar boxes for only $3! I was lucky to find this place.
