It was not friendly at all; they treated us really badly and didn't interact with us. We returned the following days. We went to other nearby locations; the service and interaction were much better. The cabinets were empty of cigars, and they carried themselves as if they were too important. That's not how you treat folks from out of state.

My husband and I we were there last night, we were told that we are going to have a waitress to bring us some cups and ice Never came……..,. Our ashtray never cleaned off from a previous customer that sat here. I understand that you can get busy, but there There was only one table that they were attending too which were about seven guys. Spent over $200 just a smoke two cigars. But never got any customer service outside.

Selection was a little light. Atmosphere is great service is good they keep the lounge very well cleaned the good jazz and blues playing in the background.

What a special place to have a cigar. I bought a day pass, and John, the GM, was gracious enough to give me a tour of the building and all of its spaces after I purchased some cigars. It is absolutely beautiful inside. John, along the members there tonight, were very nice and welcoming while I was having my cigars outside on the patio. I couldn't recommend this establishment highly enough. Having been to many cigar lounges across the country, Biggs is definitely one of the premiere lounges in the United States, making this place a must visit while in Chicago!

Absolutely amazing Lounge! Being in the cigar industry myself I am very big on customer service. I must say Ulysses was Great! Kind, knowledgeable and I can’t wait to come back for another visit
