Sebastian and Alex are literally the best! The shop is so nice literally the only shop ive been to that sells everything including incemse, trays, sprays, hookah, candy and more! they had every flavor of everything and were so knowledgeable and hospitable, they just made this my new favorite shop! 10/10 fs😭🫶🏽

Sebastian was very helpful, I’ve never been here before so when I walked in I was amazed to see all the varieties of fragrances && rolling trays. He was very nice and welcoming. Keep him you have a amazing employee

I’ve been coming here for years and always have a good experience. The workers that have been there a long time are always friendly and take care of customers, which is why me and my husband keep coming back. But today around 3pm I had a completely different experience with a newer employee. The interaction just felt off from the start. I asked a simple question and he shut it down right away without trying to help or even be a little accommodating. Then I grabbed some filters and noticed the pricing didn’t make sense. It said $1.99 for one but $4.99 for two. When I asked about it, he just said “I don’t make the prices” and didn’t try to explain or look into it. I still made my purchase, but the customer service was definitely not the same as what I’m used to here. The regular staff is what keeps me coming back, so hopefully that level of service stays consistent. Still leaving 5 stars because the OG crew is amazing, I just wanted to share my experience.

I came to the shop and they sold me a defected disposable vape, extremely bad customer service & the owner of the shop got on the phone with me & was extremely rude. Don’t go to this shop they have defective products which they do not honor if defective. The video is where the sales associate took my vape & personally tasted it and tried to sell the used vape to me. Extremely unprofessional & bad products.

Michael was helping me today. I normally don’t come in here but after my first experience I definitely will make this my main smoke shop to come to. Staff was great with positive attitudes. 100/10. Definitely recommend
