Eddie is hands down the best; he is extremely friendly, helpful & informed! He even seems to remember his customers and what they usually come for. [Thats LOVE right there! 🥹] I came to replace a vape kit that I couldn’t remember the model of, and he took the time & energy to help me figure it out and find the parts!! This was my first time visiting Next Level and it easily just became my go-to for all things smoke related. They have everything you can possibly need! The store is also very spacious and well maintained. Coming back soon to get some new glassware! 😍

The family here is fantastic - I love to see a thriving family business but more so I love to see one full of hard workers & good people that look out for the community. I can easily lose an hour here just talking with them Best vape shop in the greater south Chicago area hands down. Keep it up 🫡 -Tyler

wide variety, great prices, and phenomenal service

Friendly, personal service. I frequent this place frequently. All the guys working are always happy to see me or maybe just happy, either way, we're all winning. When you buy something often, and have a suggestion on a new item, Mo is eager to look into selling it in the store for you and you and you and you and me. This is also one of the only shops around, I've found, to sell Breeze vapes. So if you're into those...

Eddie was super cool! Some of the best customer service that's been lacking for years. To say he went over and beyond is a under statement. I appreciate him and I will return.
