Love the service here! So friendly and helpful. 10/10

I come here often and have never had issues. I bought a three pack of coils yesterday and there were only two in the box. I left a review under the wrong location (i erased it). Apologies on that. But im still fuming as these are expensive.

I go out of my way to shop here specifically because the people who work here are genuinely nice, knowledgeable people. The pricing brought me here, but the customer service is what keeps me coming back.

Great store and great atmosphere here. The people that work here are knowledgable and very helpful. The reason for the 2 star rating is because I went to the store in Des Plaines when they opened on a Saturday at 11am and they were closed. Had to wait in my car till they decided to stroll in at 12:30 pm. Also they were out of stock on many of the juices I ended up trying and liked. Lastly I ended up buying two different juices, received my receipt and noticed it was a lot higher that what I had expected. What happened was that I bought a smaller bottle that was $15 I believe and was charged for the larger bottle that was around $25+. I just wanted to leave at that point and just said I would take the larger bottle instead that I was charged for. I love these stores, but will be traveling to a different location instead
