Very nice customer service. They had what I needed and were welcoming and talkative. Their products are also priced well I highly recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. About two weeks ago, I purchased several hookah tobacco flavors and later realized I had been given Lemon Lit instead of the Lime Lit flavor I requested. When I returned to ask for an exchange, I was told they could not accept it because it was “not sealed.” However, I found the exact same flavor on their own shelf and it was also not sealed, so that explanation did not make sense. Even after pointing this out, they refused to help or offer any reasonable solution. Mistakes can happen, but the way a business handles them matters. I expected better customer service and more consistency in their policies. Double-check your items carefully before leaving the store. Won't be returning!

Found exactly what I’ve spent a month searching for. Pink lemonade geek bar. Great selection of merchandise and staff was very friendly and helpful

The people were so kind so friendly and I like their shop because the price are so reasonable and they have a lot of variety
