The store is immaculate and well stocked. Their Geek Bar selection is out of this world, (I literally travel 35 miles for their selection and availability), and the customer service is awesome!! ❤️

I love this shop! They have so much. And Hary is always helpful. She is part of the reason to go there because of her welcoming attitude

Angie was very friendly and helpful! She should be promoted to store manager. Will certainly come back because of the welcoming energy she exhibits!

I recently went into this smoke shop to buy a nicotine, I’m so indecisive of what nicotine I want every time I go into a smoke shop xx but Angie me helped find the right one for me! Angie was so nice and very helpful.

I recently visited Elgin Smoke and Tobacco Shop and had such a great experience! I purchased a hookah yesterday, and it works perfectly — the quality is amazing. The employee who helped me she was super friendly, knowledgeable, and really made a great impression. They have a wide variety of hookahs, with beautiful pieces and a large collection to choose from. I was also so excited to find a Geek Bar Blueberry Blackberry — I didn’t even know they carried it, but their vape selection is huge! Overall, I absolutely love this place. The shop is well-stocked, the staff is wonderful, and I’m looking forward to coming back and shopping more. Thank you for the excellent service!
